The document signing request sent to your email contains your unique signing token embedded in the link. You should not forward the document signing request to any other person.

You should not forward a document signing request to another email. This is because the request email sent to the intended recipient contains a unique signing token embedded in the link.

Forwarding email for document signing request - Sign.net accounts users

If you have an existing Sign.net account, the signer (or person clicking on the link) will prompted to key in his Sign.net credentials and to access the document. This acts as a second level of authentication for the signer.

Forwarding email for document signing request - Non-Sign.net account users

If the recipient does not have an existing Sign.net account, the person clicking on the link will be able to directly access the document and sign it.

As such, you should not forward the document signing request to anyone else.
