How to revoke a document after sending?

There are times when you want to make changes to a document after sending it out to the recipients. The document sender can revoke the document by with the Delete Document button on the document information.


How to delete (or revoke) a document after sending


From the Menu, select Documents, filter by Outgoing Documents and click on the document that you would like to revoke.



You will then see the document displayed on the left and the document information on the right. Click on the Delete Document button.



Then click on the Confirm button on the pop-up. A notification will be sent to your email to confirm the deletion of the document. Click on the Delete Document button to complete the action. You will then be brought back to your Sign.net dashboard.



Recipient will no longer be able to Access the Document


Should the recipient try to click on the email notification and access the document, they will not be able to view the document.
